Black Sky Thinking Consultancy specialises in improving network performance to ensure everyone gets from A to B as efficiently and stress free as possible, whether that commuting to work, completing the school run or using the road network. 

We work with Developers, Local Authorities and Nation Highways to find solutions to congestion in an ever going demand. We look to optimize traffic signal operation by maximising current infrastructure to reduce journey times for all road users. 

It maybe a shock to know that most of the traffic signal on the network are not running optimum and require validation every few years. We also design and model future designs to support clients in reaching their goals. These goal vary with different milestones for example, congestion relief, public transport improvement through bus priority, active travel modes and air quality improvement.
